We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us drive retention, sales and grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Manage all communication under the advice of the Account Executive including outreach to set up a discovery call, setting up follow up calls, sending call summary and next step items
- Engage cold leads in the pipeline to set up follow up calls
- Take all call notes and update AE’s hubspot pipeline with the correct deal notes and other deal information to reflect the true state of the pipeline
- Create all sales assets including product decks, brochures, budgetary guidance and contracts. Assist in sales content creation for all the stages in the sales funnel
- Support the AE in conducting product demonstrations with the prospects and take it to a closure
- Analyze pipeline to suggest ways and means to improve deal movement and achieve better close rates

**Requirements for the Role**:

- 1 + Years' relevant experience in selling B2B software/SaaS products. Experience in North American markets preferred
- Experience in SaaS SDR roles will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent American English
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
