**Role Overview**:
As an IndiaMART Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing our IndiaMART account, driving sales, and ensuring excellent buyer experiences. This position offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales and the chance to contribute to a brand committed to environmental sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize Packin Club’s account on IndiaMART to maximize product visibility and lead generation.
- Handle buyer inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information about products, pricing, and order processes.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build long-term business relationships.
- Update and maintain product listings with clear descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate specifications to attract more buyers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to increase traffic and conversions on IndiaMART.
- Analyze customer queries and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in product offerings and communication.
- Stay informed about IndiaMART trends and competitor activities to enhance our competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead status, and customer feedback.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with buyers to ensure excellent customer service.

we will give you a renumeration of rupees of 5000/- after completion of the internship after 4 month and if you perfrom well, we will offer you a permanent Job.
This Internship also gives you flexibility of working hybrid as per the requirement.
