**Position: Sales Intern**
**Location: Pune, Remote**
**Shift: 12pm to 9pm; willing to extend working hours on requirement basis**
**Duration: 3 months**

We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and street-smart Sales Intern to join our growing team. As a Sales Intern, you will be a key contributor to our sales efforts, gaining valuable exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for driving outreach efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and generating new business opportunities.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and customers.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
- Help track and manage sales metrics and customer data in CRM software.
- Work closely with senior sales staff to develop strategies and tactics for growth.
- Maintain flexibility and adapt to new challenges in a rapidly changing sales environment.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing/Sales
- Street smart and confident in approaching new people, both over the phone and in person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
- Energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable with a flexible and fast-paced work environment.
- A go-getter attitude with a focus on results.
