International Trade Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Client Sourcing: Identify potential buyers through B2B portals, trade directories, and online research.
  • Client Outreach: Contact and follow up with prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Quotation & Pricing: Prepare quotations, invoices, and commercial offers based on requirements.
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Maintain & update the company's LinkedIn profile.

Post regular updates, product details, and trade news to attract inquiries.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain CRM/database of leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordination: Work closely with logistics, and management to ensure smooth deal closures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

  • Excellent communication in English both written and spoken for international deals.
  • Knowledge of quotation/invoice preparation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, B2B portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
  • Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms, freight, etc.) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

  • Graduate in Business/Commerce/International Trade (preferred).
  • Freshers with good communication + digital skills can be trained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
