
Customer Support Agent

Responsibilities:
Track all incoming client calls regarding questions about orders for multiple products.
Support multiple divisions in facilitating sales of the company’s entire product portfolio.
Evaluate all client issues and assist in their resolution within the required timeframe.
Collaborate with clients to ensure that proper questions are asked to uncover problems.
Handle all client inquiries and compile reports for administration to review.
Maintain awareness of all consumer needs and offer effective responses.
Verify that all resources are used efficiently and that all issues are resolved.
Ensure data quality and double-check it for all customer care.
Help with the creation of sentence structures for all client documents.
Possess experience in the medical pharmaceutical industry.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in client support, particularly in the medical pharmaceutical industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
Attention to detail in ensuring data quality and preparing client documentation.
