**Counseling Patients & Families**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand patient needs and provide information about hospital services, treatment plans, and support options.
- Build rapport and offer emotional support to patients and caregivers, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their treatment choices.

**Sales & Conversions**
- Convert inquiries into hospital admissions or service enrollments by explaining the benefits of choosing Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital.
- Follow up with potential patients and families for timely decision-making.

**Lead Management**
- Manage and nurture leads generated through various sources, including referrals, walk-ins, and outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the hospital's CRM system.

**Collaboration & Networking**
- Work closely with the marketing team and PROs to execute patient engagement strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with referring doctors and community influencers to drive referrals.

**Patient Support**
- Address patient concerns and queries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families during their treatment journey.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
