Experience Level: 1-4 years (including 6 months - 1 year experience in EdTech Sales)

**Salary Range: preferably 3 LPA - 6 LPA**(depending on experience level)

**About the Role-**
We are looking for dynamic and passionate Sales Counsellors who can connect with learners, understand
their aspirations, and guide them toward the right courses. If you thrive in a performance-driven

**Key Responsibilities-**:

- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct meaningful conversations to showcase the value of our programs.
- Address queries, handle objections, and successfully close enrolments.
- Build and maintain long-term learner relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and share insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-4 years of experience including 6 months - 1 year in EdTech sales experience (with at least 1 year in the same company).
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
