**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Chennai

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and drive sales activities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
