Job title: Customer relationship Executive (FEMALE)

Job location: Coimbatore

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Customer Relationship Manager. The Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing customer inquiries and issues, collaborating with cross functional teams, providing insights to the marketing team and analyzing customer feedback to improve customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- HINDI SPEAKING CAPABILTY IS MANDATORY and also English and other regional language also preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the manufacturing or home improvement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Customer Handling ability
- Order processing
- Payments follow-up and cash handling

**Educational Qualification**:
Any bachelors degree preferred relevant to the field.

**Job Venue**: Racecourse, Coimbatore

**Timing**:09:30 to 07:30

**Salary package: Rs.**15000/- to 20,000/-per month
