**Responsibility**:
1. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

2. Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.

3. Responsible to maintain food logs.

4. Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities.

5. Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the serving.

6. Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.

7. Be fully in Charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.

8. Assisting other Chefs.

9. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

**Requirements and Skills**:
1. Strong culinary and plating skills, with a keen eye for presentation

2. Excellent kitchen management skills, including staff management, inventory planning, and waste management

3. Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.

4. Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

5. Up-to-Date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.

6. Must expertise in South Indian all types of breakfast.

7. Creative mind set and ability to design and update menus in line with the restaurant's concept

Work Location: Hyderabad

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:
