Job Title: Online Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Cold Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers through the IndiaMart B2B platform.
- Effectively communicate product or service offerings to create interest and build rapport.

2. Lead Generation:

- Utilize IndiaMart and other online platforms to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

3. Sales Conversion:

- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services to prospective customers.

4. Energetic Sales Approach:

- Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to every sales interaction.
- Demonstrate a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales targets.

5. Communication Proficiency:

- Communicate effectively with potential customers, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

6. Follow-up:

- Establish and maintain a systematic follow-up process with potential customers.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
- Share insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Any Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Min 2 years of proven experience in online sales, particularly using B2B platforms like IndiaMart.
- Skills:

- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient in using online B2B platforms.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
