**Job Title**: ERP Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP Data Management**:

- Monitor and manage various ERP modules, including PMS (Property Management System), Asset Management, Expense, Vendor, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data processing.
- Perform data entry and ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and in line with company standards.
- **Data Entry & Coordination**:

- Oversee master data management for items, activities, and related processes, ensuring no duplication or discrepancies within the ERP system.
- Continuously input and update relevant data in the ERP system, ensuring the highest level of data quality and consistency.
- **Purchase Order (PO) Tracker Management**:

- Maintain and update the Purchase Order tracker on a daily basis using Microsoft Excel, ensuring that all POs are tracked, documented, and readily accessible for review.
- Ensure that purchase orders are accurately logged and any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Generate reports from the ERP system for management, highlighting key performance indicators and other essential data points.
- Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all ERP-related activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong organizational, analytical, and data management skills.
- Previous experience in ERP data entry, system coordination, and reporting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an ERP-related role or similar data management position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
