We are looking for an **ERP Support Engineer** to provide end-to-end support for our ERP system. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and coordinating with the technical team for issue resolution.\

Location
- Ahmedabad (Nehrunagar)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-line ERP support to end users.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements.
- Document user issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization.
- Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of ERP systems (Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL / database queries (preferred).
- Good problem-solving & communication skills.
- Ability to work with end users and understand business processes.

**Qualification**: BE,BTECH,MCA,MSCIT,MTECH,BCA
