**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-line ERP support to end users.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, enhancements, and new requirements.
- Document user issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Train and support users to maximize ERP utilization.
- Monitor ERP performance and ensure timely resolution of queries.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Education-BE,BTECH,MCA,MSCIT,BCA,MTECH
- 1-4 years of experience in **ERP support / ERP implementation**.
- Knowledge of **SQL queries / databases** (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as **Tally ERP, SAP B1, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent** is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
