- Review contract documents to understand the scope of the SOWs
- Interact with clients to plan and execute the deployment of Unisys DWS services
- Manage the efforts to ensure that systems, staffing, processes and documentation are made ready for the go-live of Unisys support
- Interface with various teams within Unisys (i.e. ServiceNow, Reporting, B2B integration, Work force management, Asset management, KFS, etc.)
- Use project management skills to ensure all deliverables are completed to schedule
- Manage issues, gaps and risks to ensure interested parties are made aware and mitigations are agreed.
- Communicate project status regularly to stake holders

- A Bachelor's Degree or commensurate on the job experience.
- Minimum of 5 years domain experience.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and prospects to understand and anticipate their business needs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, easily.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location team.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge in the area of Unisys FrontLine Support service offerings a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
