We are currently seeking a Capital Market-SME to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Capital Market - SME

**Experience**: 15 years

R**esponsibilities**
- Requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business challenges, providing in depth analysis and propose custom solutions.
- Develop and offer thought leadership on the next major prospects, market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Able to execute primary and secondary research and advisory services to consulting projects
- Develop and implement change driven solutions using technical and business expertise to boost operations effectiveness, boost productivity, expedite delivery, increase market share, generate revenue and foster business growth.
- Business innovation - Assist in developing new services and products and identifying untapped markets
- Drive strong functional standards on major areas of change.

**Must have**
- Sound knowledge of Capital Markets and exposure to Wealth, Asset management, Brokerage, Investment banking, Custody & Fund services
- Seasoned with market trends in tandem with good working knowledge of various asset classes like FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives,, Trade Life Cycle
- Good understanding of (at least one) Trade support, Depositories and clearing settlement, Trade life cycle, Collateral management, Corporate actions, Client investment review and portfolio analysis
- Prior experience in Product Management, Presales, Consulting in Capital Markets
- Understanding of Regulatory Reporting ( CCAR, Dodd Frank, etc...)
- Prior Onsite consulting experience
- Good Understanding of Products like Pershing, FinTech
- Ability to create Physical and Logical Data Model and Data Mapping
- Adept at problem solving with proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate into workable solutions
- Required expertise in Microsoft Office tools with proficiency in PowerPoint. Ability to analyse large amounts of data and prepare summary analysis
