**What you'll be doing**:

- The Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) has a broad knowledge in the Microsoft Office 365 universe. Our new SME will work closely with our stakeholders, architects and SME's as well as external vendors
- Acting as a trusted advisor for our WPP project team. You will be a O365 & Azure Subject Matter Expert within the project team and to the end customers, responsible for delivering technical assurance
- Lead work aimed at increasing the end-user adoption of the service provided
- You will be working with a wider Identity team to understand their rollout and technical requirements and be able to identify and articulate any impacts on the wider O365 migrations
- Provide guidance and instructions to internal stakeholders on difficult and complex issues in relation to Office365 to optimize delivery of services.
- Promote or take part in effective execution of complex troubleshooting, resolution and operational tasks in collaboration with both primary vendors and third-party suppliers
- Ensure coordination and optimization of solutions in collaboration with architects and vendors.
- Strong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and Security and Compliance.
- Primary technical liaison with 'BAU' resources who may require coaching in order to execute some of the tasks assigned to them
- Assist with user acceptance testing and the preparation of user manuals and training materials
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks when required for small changes and support activities
- Mentor others on best practices

**What you'll need**:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert desirable
- Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge and experience
- Strong experience of working with a major external supplier to ensure that WPP's interests are fully represented and any technical dependencies fully understood
- Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing.
