We are looking for an ambitious manager to work with our partners and internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with Unilever's Collaboration platform strategy. The Collaboration Platform team is tasked to lead Unilever in to the new world of cloud collaboration and productivity, a key component in the Digital Employee Experience.

Main job Purpose

The Application platform team in Collaboration Services plays a crucial role in ensuring we deliver best in class technology solutions to drive Business efficiencies & improved employee experience using the industry-leading collaboration platform solutions. The team is the Product Owner for Microsoft 365 products. This position plays a pivotal role in strategy, design, delivery & adoption of the Power Platform. Power Platform is a low code platform that enables business end-users to digitize and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs for the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- As the SME, Power Platform in the Collaboration Application platform team, one is responsible for business partnering & product owmership of the core Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Portals) and surrounding digital capabilities in Employee App space.
- As the SME for the Power Platform service, the individual will be responsible for roadmap, governance and adoption for the platform.
- The individual will onboard new features and modules on Power Platform within Unilever.

SME will propose the right solution using Power Platform to deliver the right IT solutions.

Collaboration Platform team works closely with IT teams and Business teams to understand the requirements from various business units and delivers projects on Power Platform
- Define strategy for the Power Platform within while partnering with Microsoft and internal wider collaboration team.

Trusted partner to deliver on projects, governance and trainings to Business teams.

Own the core technology platform and ensure right fit technology outcomes & adoption of the platform

Drive value creation through business adoption and technology optimization

Oversee the support operations and build partnership with different streams, global teams

- Should be hands on in developing on Power Platform

Essential Experience, skills and qualification:

- Proficient in stakeholder management across functions including senior leaders
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent.

Knowledge on Power BI
- Ability to handle E2E project journey including business value delivery
- Strong business acumen to arrive at relevant solutions
- Ability to manage delivery through partners
- Hands on technical expertise to double down as Platform Solution architect
- Knowledge on wider M365 workloads

Educational Qualification:
B/B. Tech. or MCA/MSc-IT Experience:
6-8 years of relevant experience

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
