5-8 years: Max 22-23 LPA

Job Description:

  • Develop scalable applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), .NET, SQL Server, and Pega.
  • Build high-quality, maintainable solutions for both cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-premises deployments, adhering to secure and compliant design principles.
  • Integrate APIs and automation workflows using Power Automate and cloud-native services.
  • Troubleshoot complex deployment/environment issues and optimize system reliability.
  • Implement comprehensive testing and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on payment processing and enterprise integrations.
  • Apply AI/analytics to optimize workflows and enhance system intelligence.
  • Collaborate with architects and SMEs to prototype scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Maintain architectural artifacts, reference models, and documentation.
  • Implement observability and monitoring solutions for system health tracking.

Candidate Profile:

  • 510 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), .NET, SQL Server.
  • Strong background in database design, schema optimization, and secure development.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, API design, and system integration.
  • Experience in payments domain and familiarity with compliance/security best practices.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools and analytics-driven development.
  • Prior exposure to Pega will be an added advantage.
