Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proven Hands-on experience in Power Platform Migrations.
- Architect end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform in alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems (via connectors and custom APIs).
- Define technical standards, reusable components, and design patterns for scalable app development and automation.
- Lead a team pf Power Platform SMEs
- Support the creation of data models and common data services (Data verse) architecture to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Stay abreast of Microsoft roadmap updates and recommend enhancements or adoption strategies accordingly.

**Who You Are**

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. **Required Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Deep hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows), Power BI, and Data verse.
- Strong understanding of security roles, data policies, DLP, and governance models within the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
