The Power BI Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This position is vital in leveraging data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Power BI Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data models and dashboards.

**Key responsibilities**
- Design and develop Power BI solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements
- Create and maintain optimal data models and visualizations in Power BI
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration
- Optimize and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards and reports
- Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Provide training and support to end users on Power BI usage and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and incorporate them into existing solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper infrastructure for Power BI deployment
- Document and communicate design and architecture decisions
- Assist in defining and implementing data governance and security policies in Power BI
- Contribute to the overall BI strategy and roadmap
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of BI tools and technologies

**Required qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Architect
- Expertise in data modeling and designing efficient Power BI data sets
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
- Experience in optimizing and troubleshooting Power BI solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certifications in Power BI or related technologies is a plus
- Experience with DAX and M languages is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a bonus
- Understanding of data governance and security principles
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and data accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,828,779.04 - ₹3,383,611.96 per year
