Job Description:

As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. You will be responsible for creating scalable and effective solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and ensure that all aspects of the implementation are aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other components of Microsoft Power Platform. Develop comprehensive solution architectures that address complex business requirements. Should have exposure in model driven apps on Dynamics365

Development: Independently develop robust and scalable Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows. Implement custom components, integrations, and extensions as needed.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and functional specifications.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in solution design and development.

Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and data sources, utilizing connectors and APIs to enhance the functionality of Power Platform solutions.

Troubleshooting & Support: Address and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.

Provide support and maintenance to ensure continuous operation and performance.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.

Project Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of Power Platform projects, including planning, execution, and deployment. Work in alignment with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and related technologies. Propose and implement improvements and new features to enhance solutions.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including significant experience in Power Apps and Power Automate. Prior experience as a solution architect or senior developer is preferred. Should have exposure in model driven apps on Dynamics365

Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and developing Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, and integrations. Knowledge of custom connectors, APIs, and data integration.

Architectural Skills: Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. Ability to design scalable and robust solutions.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified:

Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, or similar are highly desirable.

Tools & Technologies: Experience with additional tools and technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
