**Responsibilities**:
**- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.**

**- Provide outstanding customer service to clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.**

**- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and accurately.**

**- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in customer service.**

**- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.**

**- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment within the team.**

**Requirements**:
**- Freshers / Experience can apply.**

**- Experienced person can be considering for Sr. Associate role.**

**- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.**

**- Should be know about customer service.**

**- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and serve.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
