**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Voice Process Associate to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. As a Voice Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in attending to inbound calls from US and UK clients regarding healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:

- Attend inbound calls from US and UK clients regarding healthcare services
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Meet productivity and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role
- **Fluent English language skills** (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with healthcare services and terminology is an advantage
