**Job Summary**:
We are currently hiring an experienced professional for our English Voice Process team to handle client calls efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound client calls with clarity and professionalism.
- Follow the provided script to ensure consistency in communication.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and problem resolution.
- Document call details and update internal systems as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a voice process role.
- Prior experience dealing with domestic customers is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and grammar.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Must possess a good listening skill in order to address the client requirements over the call effectively.
- Must possess at least an Undergraduate degree.
- Willingness to work on the last day of working (as needed for transition/training).

**Note**: Full call script and training will be provided.
