Cloutora is hiring a **target-driven Sales Executive** for a fully remote role. You will be responsible for pitching and closing deals for our social media growth and marketing services. This position is **purely performance-based**, and continuation depends strictly on meeting targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make a minimum of **50 calls per day to potential clients**.
- Pitch Cloutora’s services professionally and close sales.
- Achieve a minimum of **50 closed deals per month**.
- Maintain proper tracking of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Understand client needs and customize pitches accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets.

**Performance Policy**:

- **Strictly performance-driven**.
- **50 closed deals per month is mandatory**.
- Failure to meet targets will result in termination.
