**Profile-**Legal Officer

We are looking for legal minds to join our growing legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicating these to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
- Handle litigation
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company//'s legal function
- Managing organization//'s legal matters.
- Review and provide legal advice on mous, Contracts, and tender documents.
- Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
- Provide and interpret legal information
- Draft, revise, improve, and negotiate commercial contracts such as Service agreement, mou, NDA, loi, Agreement of Sale, Lease Deed, Declaration Cum Confirmations, etc.
- Should have analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Drafting and Vetting of Agreement (Rent Agreement, Lease Deed, Consignee Agreement), Special Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney.
