We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Surat office. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the legal profession while providing support to our legal team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics and provide well-organized written summaries of findings.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case preparations, including document review, analysis, and organization.
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and trials to gain exposure to the legal proceedings and the litigation process.
- Support in preparing for depositions, mediation, and trials, including witness preparation and evidence gathering.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, including digital and physical document management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to legal strategy discussions and case analysis.
- Contribute to other administrative and research-related tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:

- Current enrollment in an accredited law school program.
- Strong academic performance with a focus on courses related to legal research, writing, and litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated interest in the legal field and a genuine desire to learn and contribute to the practice of law.
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
