Job description:
Initial check survey / land title whether it is old sharat or New Sharat
- collecting promogation entries (1951-2005) and respective revenue / survey entries paper from concern departments
- Revenue Liaisoning work related to getting non agriculture Permission.
- Collect Opinion from respective Government Department (Prant, mamladar Office, Circle, Deputy collector stamp & DLIR office)
- Revenue Liaisoning work / File clearance from respective revenue authorities.
- Preparation of Land Final Statement

**Qualifications**:

- 1 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions and property law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and legal principles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
