Responsibilities:

- Vetting and drafting required legal documents like commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements vendor agreement.
- End-to-end support to the team for the completion of any Transaction from due diligence, pre-closing, and post-closing transaction-related matters.
- Assist on a broad variety of matters from complex matters to routine standard matters: Company Law, Data Protection & Commercial Contracts.
- Knowledge and interest in broad areas of corporate and transactional matters, including disclosure and reporting, corporate governance, investments, and general awareness of the nuances of the Corporate ecosystem.
- Addressing legal inquiries from both clients and internal staff.
- Strong ability to understand various legal and commercial clauses and advise/negotiate the/for clients.

Requirement
- BLS (LLB/LLM) or BA (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university
- Previous experience in handling confidentiality agreements, service agreements, non disclosures, and similar legal documents.
- Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Research, analysis, and interpretation of legal information relevant to the Company
- Any other certifications in finance especially Company Secretary are an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
