_**Job Description for Legal Officer**:_

Designation : Legal Officer
No of vacancy : 1
Experience : 5 - 10 years.
Location : Ahmedabad (Vastrapur)
Salary Range : upto 5,00,000 LPA (Based on Interview)
- **Legal Officer Job Responsibilities**:_

■Give legal advice to the organization.
■Draft legal documents.
■Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
■Conduct legal research.
■Legal Support and Litigation.
■Representing clients in legal proceedings.
■Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
■Liaising with external lawyers and the state law office on all cases filed against the organisation to ensure instructions, witnesses and statements are procured on time.
■Carry out any other duties relating to laws of the country or the organisation generally as may be directed by the Management from time to time.
■Monitoring compliance with legal and statutory requirements of the organisation.
- **What You'll Need to Get the Job Done**:_
- Have a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution;
- Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines; Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
- A minimum of five to ten (5 - 10) years relevant work experience in Public service or Private sector,
- Experience in Civil Cases is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Should know verious software MS Office, WPS, Outlook Mail etc.
- Internet savvy.
- Knowledge of Drafting and Formatting in MS Office, Mail etc.
