**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Document Preparation and Review**:

- Coordinate with lawyers to prepare, review, and format legal documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents adhere to legal guidelines and are completed accurately and on time. - Draft and vet various legal contracts, agreements, and documents as required.
- Prepare legal notes and documentation as requested by the Advocate or Management.

**2. Legal Research and Case Management**:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research, summarize findings, and report them to the Management.
- Study legal matters, assist in preparing legal case documentation with advocates, and provide a brief summary of data to the CMD.
- Monitor and track case progress, update case files, and manage the company’s legal database.

**3. Court and Legal Office Coordination**:

- Visit court and legal offices as needed to support ongoing cases or legal matters.
- Collaborate with lawyers on various projects, providing assistance as required.

**4. Communication and Liaison**:

- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.

**5. Confidentiality and Compliance**:

- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**6. Case Studies and Reporting**:

- Engage in various case studies related to the business as required, and prepare brief reports for the CMD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,942.92 - ₹74,826.40 per month
