**Job Title**: Sales Intern - Home Fragrance

**Position Summary**:
The Sales Intern for our Home Fragrance Division will play a vital role in supporting our team by contributing to the promotion and sales of our high-quality home fragrance products. This internship provides a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for home decor and scents to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative sales environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home fragrance product line.
Assist in creating product descriptions and sales pitches that highlight key features and benefits.
**Customer Engagement**:
Engage with customers to provide information about our home fragrance products.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the overall customer experience.
**Visual Merchandising**:
Support the development and maintenance of visually appealing product displays.
Assist in organizing and setting up product demonstrations or events to showcase our home fragrance offerings.
**Sales Analysis**:
Assist in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Contribute insights on customer preferences and feedback to improve sales strategies.
**Marketing Support**:
Collaborate with the team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Assist in executing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and sales for home fragrance products.
**Market Research**:
Stay informed about
current home fragrance trends and market dynamics.
Research competitors and provide insights on potential market opportunities.
**Sales Administration**:
Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including order processing and inventory management.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Daily Reporting for the area worked on.
**Qualifications**:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Passion for home decor and an interest in the home fragrance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
