**Sales Intern (Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM IST)**

We are a dynamic property management group specializing in student and professional accommodation. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Intern to assist in lead generation, client engagement, and sales operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including students, professionals, and partners.
- Respond to inquiries and provide prospective tenants with detailed property information.
- Guide clients through the rental process, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Assist in closing deals and negotiating rental agreements.

**Rewards & Incentives**:

- Earn up to **₹2,000 per booking** as commission
- **Performance-based bonuses** for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
