The Company has evolved from a credit-card issuer to a diversified financial services provider across payments, leasing, finance, real estate and entertainment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up
- Monitor and de-bottleneck execution of strategic projects to ensure timely value delivery
- Assess market trends, competitor actions and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
- Provide decision support on new initiatives through data gathering and analysis
- Effectively communicate strategic plans and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executive leadership and employees
- Support in BAU responsibilities incl. preparation of key presentations, periodic CXO reviews etc.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- At least two years of experience across Management Consulting, Investment Banking
or Corporate Strategy
- Quantitative undergraduate degree with track record of academic excellence
- Fintech or Financial Services experiences is an advantage but not a requirement
