**The Big Picture**: Dedicated HR resource who can perform end to end in the aspects of administrative services, performance management, change management, statutory compliance, payroll management and employee relationship management

**What you’ll do**:

- Improving and monitoring employee productivity &maintaining employee databases
- Reviewing and approving or modifying budgets
- Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations.
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
- Evaluating staffing needs
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Address employees’ queries (e.g., on compensation and labour regulations)
- Handles payroll in all aspects of preparing and distributing employees' payments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions with little information available
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations

- Listen to Employees.
- Be Social.
- 3 -5 years of experience in HR Operations/ Business Partner/ Generalist/ Executive/ Talent Engagement.
- Strong leadership skills, Analytical skills, Meticulous attention to details, good people skills.
- A fluent command of English.

**Great to Have**:

- Preferred fields of study: MBA/ MSW Human Resource Management
- Ability to work Independently and proficiency in organizational skills
- Proficient in skill gap analysis
