we are scouting an **HR Manager (HRBP)** for a Mid Size German **IT company.** The work location is as of now at **Kondhwa, Pune. **You should be coming from a Mid Size IT service / Product Organization **(Approx. 150 - 300 Headcount)** and should come with a prior exposure **in HRBP** ( HR Generalist) function. **We are only considering a female incumbent.**

- Technical Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- HR Policies
- Performance Management
- Employee Retention
- Statutory Compliances
- Grievance Handling
- Strategic HR
- HR Budgeting
- Hr Metrics
- Payroll Input
- Leave Management
- Should have minimum 5 Years experience in a Mid Size IT Service or a product Company
- Should be leading from the front the HR function
- Should have proper exposure in basic HR compliances like Salary Computation, Payroll input, PF, PT, Bonus etc
- Must posses excellent English communication
- Should have demonstrated stability during employment journey

** We are looking for a female incumbent who's already based in Pune and can start early.
