**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - Study Abroad**

**Location: Chennai, India**

**Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about universities, courses, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Assist students in scheduling counseling sessions and follow up on their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless support to students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Support marketing activities such as events, webinars, and seminars when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor's degree.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or education counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide prompt responses.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
