Customer Relations Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- **Documentation**: Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up on customer issues and inquiries, maintaining open communication until resolution.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback on processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- **Training Support**: Assist in training new team members as needed and share best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.
