**Job Title: Event Sales Executive**

**Location**:Thane

**Experience**: 1 year

**Position Overview**:
As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling event sponsorships, booths, tickets, and related packages. You will play a crucial role in acquiring clients, fostering relationships, and contributing to the success of our events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners for events through research, outreach, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for event sponsorships, booths, tickets, and other offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and needs to offer tailored sponsorship and partnership packages.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to pitch to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with event goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software or other relevant systems.
- Provide post-event follow-up and evaluation to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event sales or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with event management processes, industry trends, and sponsorship strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
