**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Promoter to represent our brand and engage with customers to drive awareness and sales. As a Promoter, you will be the face of the company, showcasing our products/services, answering queries, and creating a positive brand experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Representation**: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting products/services in a professional and positive manner.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and answer any questions.
- **Sales Support**: Drive sales by persuading potential customers to purchase products or services.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the brand at promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns as required.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products/services offered to effectively communicate their benefits.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and share it with the management team to improve services or products.
- **Reporting**: Submit daily/weekly reports of promotional activities, customer responses, and sales progress.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in promotions, marketing, or sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of Wine products is preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- 1 or 2+ years of experience in promotions/marketing (preferred).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Promoter: 1 year (preferred)
