Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for our real estate projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth, maximize sales opportunities, and achieve or exceed sales targets for real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads, promote properties, and facilitate sales transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and digital marketing initiatives to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including conducting property tours, hosting open houses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transaction completion.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and a customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
