Job Title: Software Sales Executive (Marathi and English Language Speaking Compulsory)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

**Salary**: 2,40,000/- CTC

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Sales Executive with 1.5 - 2 years of experience in software sales and fluency in both Marathi and English languages to join our team.

As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving software sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads, negotiating and closing deals, and providing excellent customer service in both Marathi and English languages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new software sales opportunities by prospecting and cold calling in both Marathi and English languages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of software sales opportunities.
- Conduct software presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals, including pricing and contract terms.
- Meet and exceed software sales targets and goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with customers after the sale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1.5-2 years of software sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding software sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Marathi and English languages.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
