Client Relationship Executive

**Client Interaction**:
- Engage with authors, researchers, and PhD scholars to understand their needs and queries regarding the publication process.
- Provide detailed information on pre-publication requirements, submission guidelines, and publication timelines.
**Publication Solutions**:
- Offer comprehensive pre-publication solutions, guiding clients through manuscript preparation, formatting, and submission procedures.
- Address post-publication queries, facilitating reprints, corrections, or any additional author requests.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of journal-related information on Google Sheets.
- Ensure accuracy in recording publication statuses, author details, and other relevant data.
**Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering a positive experience throughout the publication process.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
**Follow-up Procedures**:
- Address any concerns or feedback promptly, maintaining open lines of communication.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
