Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Assist in planning and executing service improvement strategies.
- Monitor and report customer service metrics to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in **retail industry client servicing**.
- Strong **coordination and organizational** skills.
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
