Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Salary Range: 30k-40k per/Month
Experience: 2-3 Years
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure our clients
client relationships by overseeing order fulfilment, addressing client queries, and
ensuring after-sales satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problem
- solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and resolve client
issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all client leads are effectively managed post-order placement.
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive after-sales service and regular
feedback collection.
- Oversee the client service process from order receipt to payment collection.
- Resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide information and support to clients regarding company products or
services.
- Act as the main point of contact for client complaints and work to resolve them
promptly.
Key Skills:
- Strong follow-up abilities and a polite, customer-focused disposition.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
- Proactive approach with thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Availability for client calls as needed.
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
