**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Officer

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Relationship Officer** to join our team. The CRO will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and complaints, and helping drive customer retention and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products/services.
- Identify customer needs and work with relevant departments to ensure solutions are provided.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor customer accounts and support sales team in upselling or cross-selling activities.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend service improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer relationship strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Empathetic, patient, and resilient under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
