**Key Accountabilities**:
Maintains customer education material/documents about customized offerings of the business unit (products / services / software)
Updates and maintains a repository of customer points of contact for business development/repeat business opportunities
Develops documentation/presentations for new business pitches and on boarding of new clients
Implements new methods of engagement for existing key accounts
Provides on ground support for special programs for key accounts
Contacts existing customers to discuss and give recommendations on simple queries and how specific products or services can meet their needs
**Preferred Experience and Qualification**:
- B.Tech with 0-5 years of experience in private sector B2B sales for the product / service / software business
