Job Role:
A minimum of 1 year experience handling a team working in e-commerce platform support/ sales

Number centric and target driven

Recruit, Train and Build a team of Tele Sales Executives and KAM executives.

Keep the team motivated and lead from front.

Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.

Key Skills:
Good Team management skills with a proven track record

Should be competitive and confident

Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.

Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language

Eligibility Requirement:
Graduate with at least 4-6 years ecommerce industry experience and Minimum 1 year on supervisory

role.

Experience of handling Big team would be added advantage

Good communication skills

Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
