Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented
Ecommerce Executive
who can manage day-to-day website operations, listings, catalogue updates, orders, and backend coordination. This is an execution-heavy role suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced D2C environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management

  • Upload and update products on Shopify
  • Write titles, descriptions, tags, SEO keywords, and manage variants
  • Maintain proper collections, sorting, visibility & catalogue hygiene
  • Coordinate with creative/content teams for product images, videos & A+ content

2. Order Management & Operations

  • Monitor daily orders and ensure smooth processing
  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics partners (Shiprocket, ClickPost, etc.)
  • Update order status, track shipments, resolve RTO/returns
  • Troubleshoot order-level issues with customer support

3. Website Management

  • Update homepage banners, offers, categories & bestsellers
  • Fix listing issues and run quality checks for pricing, stock & visibility
  • Work with tech/design team for layout adjustments or glitches

4. Marketplace Support (If Applicable)

  • Assist in listing & catalog management for Amazon, Meesho, etc.
  • Maintain price parity across channels
  • Track ratings, reviews & marketplace penalties

5. Reporting & Data Tracking

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Track order volume, cancellations, returns, RTO %, stock-outs
  • Share actionable insights for improving conversions & reducing errors

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce or D2C operations (preferred)
  • Shopify experience is mandatory
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with logistics dashboards (Shiprocket, ClickPost, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Should be able to work under tight timelines
  • Immediate joiner only

Good to Have

  • Experience with Amazon/Meesho listings
  • Understanding of ecommerce SEO
  • Basic creative editing skills (Canva etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup
